Terms and Conditions for Lola Braids and Micro Locs

Welcome to Lola Braids and Micro Locs! We are excited to offer you quality braiding and micro loc services. Before scheduling your appointment, please read the following terms and conditions carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience at our salon.

1. Service Appointment Policy

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $50 USD is required. This deposit will be credited toward your final bill. Deposits must be made at the time of booking and can be paid through our online payment system or directly at our salon.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will lose your deposit. A new deposit will be required to secure a future appointment.

3. Late Arrivals

To ensure that we deliver the best possible service and experience to all of our clients, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and you will forfeit your deposit.

4. Consultations and Questions

We encourage open communication and want you to love your hair! Feel free to ask any questions or express any concerns about your desired hairstyle before your appointment begins. Our stylists are here to work with you to achieve the look you desire and can provide consultations to discuss any specifics or personal preferences.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for any completed services. However, if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please let us know before you leave the salon. We strive for your satisfaction and will do our best to address your concerns.

6. Children and Additional Guests

To maintain a relaxing and professional atmosphere, we ask that you do not bring children or additional guests to your appointment unless they are also receiving services.

7. Personal Belongings

Please note that Lola Braids and Micro Locs is not responsible for any lost or misplaced personal items. We recommend keeping valuables at home or with you during your service.

8. Right to Refuse Service

Lola Braids and Micro Locs reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.
